Context
Initially planned for training in new products for technical coordinators, SIMDIAG is actually taking a professional orientation course in the field of automotive diagnostics. RENAULT wishes to build over the years a virtual workshop base whose objectives are intended to complete practical work on real vehicles. The simulator is deployed in the training centres of the RENAULT network in the form of a class room composed of a trainer’s position which controls up to 8 student stations.
Objectives
To free up using and preparing vehicles in training centres.
Use of the diagnostic case (CLIP).
Capturing vehicle / CLIP dialogues on real vehicles to be replayed by the simulator.
Training in the RENAULT diagnostic method.
Follow-up of trainees with reports on the achievement of educational objectives.
Promotion of best practices.
