Context
As part of this project, AKKA has commissioned Operantis to work on an operational solution to facilitate the checks carried out by the teams in charge of technical assessments of airliners. These checks targeting different equipment and structural elements require methodically and accurately listing each defect, damage or non-compliance from which the aircraft suffers.
Objectives
Development of a hardware and software solution to categorise and locate a defect while managing its monitoring and life cycle.
Streamline / rationalise / secure / speed up the checking process.
Solutions
Deployment of tablets integrating tracking software with:
A connection to the manufacturer data.
Consolidation of all data in connected and disconnected mode.
A 3D representation of the aircraft allowing precise placement of the current checking point.
Saving photographs taken with the tablet.
Dynamic generation of the inspection report.
